Let us see the ingredients of making delicious snacks- 250g all-purpose flour, salt as per requirement, 1/4 cup melted ghee, 2 medium sliced onions, ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon, 1 chopped tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 chopped potato, 1 chopped carrot, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 350 ml water, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves.
Let us see the process- First make a dough by using all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and water then brush some oil into the top and aside. Heat a pan then heat oil add onion saute for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add ginger and garlic paste again saute until raw flavours disappear. Now add small chopped tomatoes then saute for 2 minutes add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and saute for few seconds. Finally, add chopped potato, carrot, frozen peas, salt as per requirement, Saute for 1 minute, add 350 ml of water.
Cover and cook on medium heat until the mixture turns dry. Add chopped coriander leaves saute for few second. Switch off the flame let it cool completely then sprinkle some flour on a clean surface. Take puff dough and roll the dough. Don’t roll it too thin then cut into 4 equal portions now take a veg filling and fold them gently. Then take line baking tray with parchment paper place them in baking tray refrigerate for 15 minutes. Apply or brush some milk on top. Now bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 25. degree celsius in the preheated oven. Now our tasty snacks are ready to taste.
