Let us see the ingredients of sweet curd- 1-litre milk, 200-gram palm jaggery, 1 tablespoon curd, kullad pots. Make sweet and delicious curd in a few ingredients.
For making sweet curd first boil a pan then add milk and continuously stir it. Reduce milk at list done half by boiling it in low flame. Now chopped the jaggery into the small piece because it is easy to melt in milk. Boil milk around 20-30 minutes then add jaggery. Then allow this to dissolve completely. After dissolving then turn off the flame and transfer it in a deep bowl. Now let it come into room temperature then add curd and mix them well. Now transfer it in kullad pots. Then cover it with aluminium sheet. After coming in room temperature then put it into the refrigerator for 2-3 hour then serve.
