Pani Puri is a very famous Indian street food. It is very tasty and delicious in taste. It made with lots of spices and served with tamarind chutney mash, potato and crispy puri. Pani Puri is also called golgappa and Phuchka. Most of the girls like to eat Pani Puri. It has different flavours of chatpata Pani.

Actually no, Pani Puri is not healthy for you or diabetics or heart. It has lots of unhealthy spices so it may not healthy for you.
How Invented Pani Puri?
Many people don’t know who invented the most delicious and famous Indian street food Pani Puri. Draupadi invented Pani puri according to the Mahabharata, it has been seen that Draupadi invented Pani Puri.
Let us see the ingredients of making Pani Puri at home- Semolina 1 cup, Flour 2 tablespoon, 3 tablespoon oil, mint 1/4th cup, coriander half cup, ginger 1 inch, 2 chillies, tamarind a small ball size, chaat masala 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, asafoetida(hing) pinch of, salt as per requirement, Tamarind extract 1 cup, jaggery 3 tablespoons, chat masala 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, pepper powder 1/4th teaspoon, chilli powder 1/4th teaspoon, asafoetida hing a pinch, potato 3 boiled and mashed, 1 chopped onion, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder half teaspoon, chat masala half teaspoon, pepper powder 1/4th teaspoon, half teaspoon chilli powder.
First, let’s make Puri for Pani Puri-
So, take a bowl then add semolina, flour, oil now crumble and mix them well. Now add 1/4th cup of hot water then knead the dough, knead for 6 minutes. If required then sprinkle some water and make a soft dough then cover it and keep aside for at list 20-30 minutes then again knead. Now take very small ball size dough and roll it uniformly. Roll small Puri and deep fry in hot oil fry in medium flame and puffs up, flip over and fry make light golden then transfer into a bowl. Our Puri for Pani Puri is ready.
Now let us Make spicy water that is theeka pani for Pani Puri-
Take mint, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli and tamarind then blend them and make a smooth paste. Then put the paste into a bowl add chaat masala, cumin powder, Asafoetida, salt as per requirement, and 4 cups of cold water. Mix them well and our spicy water that is theeka pani for Pani Puri is ready.
Let us make Khatta Meetha pani for Pani Puri–
Take a bowl and add tamarind extract, jaggery, chaat masala, cumin powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, a pinch of asafoetida, salt as per requirement and 3 cups of cold water. Mix them well Now our Khatta meetha Pani is ready for Pani Puri.
Now let us make potato stuffing of Pani Puri–
So, take a bowl then add boiled and mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, pepper powder, red chilli powder, and salt as per requirement then mix them. Our potato stuffing also ready.
Let’s eat a Pani puri make a hole in puri, then stuff in potato, and finally drown into theeka pani or Khatta Meetha pani then enjoy.
