A delicious Indian snack recipe of Bread Pakora.

What is Bread Pakora?

Bread pakora is very tasty and delicious fast making snacks. You can make it a very easy way within half an hour. Bread pakora is normally made with bread and vegetables. You can also make it veg or non-veg by using chicken and mutton. It is very simple snacks kids are also like to eat these snacks. It is a deep-fried food but you can also bake it in the oven.

Bread Pakora is good or bad?

Actually, bread pakora is not good for your health. As because it has deep-fried having lots of bread pakora it may dangerous for you. Try to avoid lots of having bread pakora.

Ingredients:-

Let see the ingredients of very delicious snacks- bread 6 pieces, Gram flour 5-6 tablespoon, water and salt as per requirement, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 boiled potato, 1 chopped onion, 2 green chopped chillies, half cup of coriander leaves, red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, Aam chur powder, 1/4 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala.

Instructions:-

Let us see the process of making pakora- we will preparing the stuffing first so take a bowl then add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, salt as per requirement, aam chur powder, red chilli powder. Now mix and mash the potato very well. So let us blend the spices and the potato together our stuffing is ready. Let us prepare the batter to take a bowl then add gram flour add some salt, some chilli powder, some turmeric powder, some carom seeds and a pinch of soda. Mix them very well then put some water and mix well to avoiding any lumps.

Make a little thick batter. Now take a bread spread mint sauce, you can also add tomato ketchup as well. Then fill mixture stuffing cover with the second slice of bread and press. Then cut bread with the knife from middle diagonally. Now we have that gram flour batter, we’ll dip this sandwich into it. Heat a pan then add oil and heat. Lastly, fry them until golden in medium to high flame. Now our pakora is ready to serve them with mint sauce or tomato ketchup.
