Let us see the ingredients of making Maggi Spring Roll- 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed celery seeds, 1/4 teaspoon to pepper powder, salt as per requirement, oil as per requirement, 1 teaspoon ghee, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 large chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 pack of Maggi noodles, 1 and a half cup of water, 1 pack of Maggi masala.
Lets us start the process of making Maggi Spring Rolls- Firstly add all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Then add a quarter spoon of crushed celery seeds, add a quarter of pepper powder, and pinch of salt. Then add 2 spoons of refined oil and knead the flour by using water. We need to roll thin sheet for spring rolls that’s why we are using all-purpose flour to don’t use wheat flour. Now apply little oil on this kneaded flour. Then cover it and aside. Now let’s make stuffing for Maggi spring rolls, so heat a pan then add ghee(you can also use refined oil). Then add chopped green chilli and onion then fry them for 40 seconds. Now add chopped capsicum then fry them for 10 seconds then add salt as per requirement.
Now add garam masala, amchur powder and tomato ketchup then fry them very well. Then add Maggi, 1 and a half cup of water and a pack of Maggi masala. Once the noodles get soft in hot water, mix everything well together. We need to cook this until all the water dries up, so after cooking for two to three minutes, Maggi spring rolls stuffing is ready. Now transfer it into the plate and cool off.
Make sheets for spring rolls with the dough which prepare earlier. Divide the prepared dough into four equal portions, roll the ball flat using dry flour. To make sheets of spring rolls we will be cooking two sheets together. After that apply some ghee or oil and spread all over, so that it would be easier to split both layers. Don’t miss the edges, sprinkle some dry flour then put the other rolled chapati on top. Now roll them both together. Roll the edges thin too while rolling. Now cook them on a hot pan, do not overcook. Cook for 10 seconds then flip and cook for another 10 seconds.
We applied oil in between so that it will be very easy to split them. Now add the Maggi stuffing we prepared earlier. Roll tightly. If sheets are bit thick then it might be crack while rolling. Then seal them with apply flour paste, spread the paste all over so it sticks well and don’t open while frying. Then heat a pan and heat oil for fry. Now add spring rolls into hot oil for 3-4 minutes in medium flame fry until golden brown. Now our spring rolls are ready to serve. Serve with Tomato ketchup of tea.
