Let us see the Ingredients of making pizza at home without any oven- All-purpose flour 1 and 1/4 cup, semolina 1 tablespoon, salt as per requirement, Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon, Baking soda 3/4 teaspoon, curd 2 tablespoons, a pinch of sugar, oil, chopped garlic 1 teaspoon, chilli flakes 1 teaspoon, chopped tomato 2 cups, 1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of onion, Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon, pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon, few springs of basil leaves, chopped capsicum 3 tablespoons, hand full Mashroom sliced(optional), grated mozzarella cheese 1 and 1/2 cup.
Let us start making the process of pizza at home in tawa or pan. Firstly, let us make pizza dough to take a bowl then add all-purpose flour, semolina, some salt, baking powder, baking soda, curd, a pinch of sugar. Now add water and make a dough, make sure that your dough is soft and smooth. Use some oil while you making the dough. Now our dough is ready, take the dough to aside for half an hour. Now let us make the pizza sauce. So, heat oil in a pan after that add chopped garlic, chilli flakes fry them lightly. Then add chopped tomatoes some salt, a little bit of onion, some Italian seasoning and some pepper powder. Add some basil leaves then add a cup o water then cook for 5-6 minutes make tomatoes half mashed. Now cool it then grinds it but does not grind totally.
Now our sauce is also ready. Let’s make the topping now heat oil in a pan then add onion, capsicum, mushroom, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning some basil leaves, add some tomatoes, then fry for 5 minutes. Do not over fry. Now final step lets divide the dough into two balls then make a thick round shape with your hand and dock them with a fork. Then add some oil in a hot pan then put round shape pizza dough. Then flip it and spread pizza sauce and put grated cheese then topping. Now cover it and put the flame into low to medium. After melting cheese remove the cover and transfer pizza into plate now our delicious pizza is ready to taste.
