What is Pav bhaji?
Pav bhaji is famous in India it is an Indian dish. A tasty and thick curry served with bread. Curry made with vegetables like potato, tomato, chillies, peas. Mostly it is famous in Maharashtra. Almost every people like pav bhaji this dish is available in every corner of India.
Pav bhaji is good or bad?
As per research, pav bhaji is not healthy at all. But you can eat famous pav bhaji 1 day in a month and in low quantity so it will never harm you. Pav bhaji curry is made with lots of vegetables it has the ness of potato, tomato, cauliflower, green peas, carrot, onion, capsicum, butter etc.
Let see the ingredients of Delicious pav bhaji- 3 tablespoon butter, 3 chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup peas, 1/2 chopped capsicum, 2 boiled and mashed potato, Salt as per requirement, chilli powder 1 & 1/4 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon, 1 large chopped onion, half lemon.
Let start the process of making yummy pav bhaji, first heat a pan then add 1 tablespoon butter. After that add chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, peas, boiled and mash potato, salt. Now sauté it for 2 minutes, then add a half a cup of water and mix well. Now cover and boil it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove cover then mash smoothly in smooth texture. Now add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, Kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves. Again saute for 1 minute then stick to sides. Now add 1 tablespoon butter in middle then add 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder. Half teaspoon of pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi, ginger and garlic paste.
Then add chopped onion, chopped coriander 1 tablespoon and half lemon juice. Saute for 1 minute in middle at butter. Now mix them well, mix curry well then add half cup water and adjust consistency. Then boil and mash for 5 minutes and make a smooth texture. Now our bhaji is ready. Let’s make our pav again heat a pan and heat half teaspoon butter, a pinch of chilli powder, a pinch of pav bhaji masala and 1 teaspoon chopped coriander. Saute them in low flame. Then take pav that is bread and slit centre now spread and toast. Toast both sides. Now our Pav bhaji is ready to taste.
