Make delicious South Asia dish seekh Kabab at home

Make tasty and very delicious Seekh kabab at home in a very easy way.

What is Seekh Kabab?

Seekh kabab is very famous in South Asia. It is very delicious in taste and normally people make seekh kabab in parties. It is a dry dish and made with chicken or mutton and also add gram flour or cornflour. Mainly egg is not been added to seekh kabab.

Seekh Kabab is healthy or not?

kabab is normally fast food but it is healthier than other fast food because it is not deep-fried. And it is healthy because people like to have it with butter and salad.

Ingredients:-

750 grams mince, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 3 chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 4-5 teaspoon of roasted gram flour, 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 lemon juice, salt as per requirement, ghee or butter as per requirement.

Instructions:-

A classic way to make kabab at home. First, take chicken mince and grind it and make a nice paste. Now transfer it in a plate and now make add the ingredients, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, add a tablespoon red chilli powder, a teaspoon of garlic paste and a teaspoon of ginger paste, chopped green chillies, half teaspoon of garam masala, roasted gram flour, one medium size chopped onion, one-fourth of coriander leaves, half lemon juice and salt as per requirement.

Now mix them well and make a dough. After mixing it well then cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hour. After 1-2 hour, let’s make the seekh kababs so take some wooden squares or iron squares or still squares. And get ready to grill them on a grill pan. Take a hand full of the mixture and roll it in your hand and make a nice cylinder shape. Then insert the squares and press it well, follow the same process for remaining mince. Now, let us cook the seekh kabab in a grill pan. Put some teaspoon of ghee or butter into the kabab. Kept the flame medium to low and after 5-6 minutes turn it over and cook for another 5-6 minute. Now our seekh kabab is ready to taste.
