You can prepare many things with Maggi like Maggi custard faluda, Maggi pakoda etc. Children’s mostly like to eat this its comes in a packet and there is also a spice packet inside the Maggi packets. Let us see the ingredients of delicious and unique dessert Maggi Custard Faluda- 3 small packets of Maggi, 1/2 Tablespoon Desi Ghee, 2 full cups of milk (500), 1.5 teaspoons of custard powder vanilla flavour, Sugar as per requirement, chopped dry fruits.
Let us see the process of tasty and delicious dessert- first, take 3 small packets of Maggi and break then into small in a bowl. Then heat a pan and add desi ghee(if you don’t have desi ghee then use vegetable oil) heat ghee. Then add break Maggi and fry for 2-3 minutes in low flame. Do not over fry, make a light golden. Now boil milk in a pan after bubbling add sugar. Now in a small bowl take custard powder and add some water then mix it slowly in the boiling milk and continuously string.
We add custard powder of vanilla flavour so no need to add any flavour. Now add roasted Maggi and chopped dry fruits then cook them properly. We have to overcook them so that cover it and cook it for 10 minutes in low to medium flame. Now after 10 minutes check that our Maggi is soft or not. Then serve it. In summer you can serve it cool and also add ice-cream and serve. But in winter you enjoy hot faluda.
