Valentine’s day is a sign of love and happiness. Celebrated in 14th February every year. The romantic couples celebrate valentine’s day with chocolates, greetings, gifts, cakes and lots of surprises. It is an old tradition and Roman festival. Every couple needs to celebrate there lovely day with there valentine. By offering flowers and many surprise gifts. It is beautifully celebrated all over the world. Celebrate it with Valentine’s day special chocolates.

How do you make your valentine feel special?
Make your valentines feel special by doing something special. A lovely coffee mug, Crystal gifts, jewellery, bunch of Roses, cute teddy, make chocolates for his/her, candy box, gifts baskets, a cake-like heart shape chocolate cake or gift his/her very special moment, Visit the location where you met the first time or let him/her choose.
Ingredients:-
Let us see the ingredients of making delicious valentine’s day special chocolates- For the chocolate ganache filling- 220-gram dark chocolate, 120-gram heavy creams, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, 30ml rum or whiskey. For chocolate coating- 150-gram dark chocolate, 15-gram vegetable oil, 100-gram white chocolate, 10-gram vegetable oil, 1-2 tablespoon cocoa powder and 30-40 gram chopped hazelnuts.
Instructions:-
Let us see the process of making valentine’s special Chocolates- Finely chopped dark chocolate then transfer into a bowl now take heavy cream and boil it for 3 minutes then pour it into the chocolate bowl and mix well. Make thick batter then add rum or whiskey and again mix them well. Now chill them for 1 hour then take each piece is about 16g. Then take each piece and give a ball shape then again chill for 15 minutes. Smooth them again now put all the balls into the fridge. Now microwave dark chocolate at 500W for 25-second intervals. Now please stir it after every 25 seconds to prevent burning. It takes about 3-4 intervals to melt completely. Then add vegetable oil mix them well in other hand take out our chocolate balls from the refrigerator. Now enter small wood stick into a ball and down in melt chocolate.
Down half balls into melt chocolate. Now take another bowl melt white chocolate with the same method then add vegetable oil. Then left balls down into white chocolate add another layer after the first layer solidifying. Now add some chopped hazelnuts into the rest dark chocolate. Mix them well then put the layer of the mixture into chocolate balls then chill in the fridge. After 1 hour take out the stick and enjoy valentine’s day special chocolates.
